About me

I’ve spent over twenty years working in Neurological Rehabilitation as an Occupational Therapist. Yoga has been a constant in my life for even longer, serving as a personal anchor that has helped me navigate difficult times and stay grounded.

The spark to combine the two started during my early Occupational Therapy training, when I chose to research how yoga could complement traditional rehab. Even then, I knew I wanted to bring these two worlds together – I just didn’t quite know how yet.

In 2017, I began my teacher training, qualifying with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2020 and establishing my weekly class in Frome. Wanting to focus deeper on the therapeutic side of yoga, I continued my training to qualify as a Yoga Therapist.

Axolotl Yoga is the realisation of that journey. It brings together everything I’ve learned from two decades in clinical settings with the practical, restorative tools of yoga, creating a unique approach designed to support your health goals.
